The Client:

The South Yorkshire Academy is a support organisation that helps NHS hospitals and their staff. They do this by providing resources in the capacity of consultants. Our client was a webdesigner in the North of England who was developing their site.

The Requirement:

The client needed an processing system where support requests could be matched with available resources. The system needed to be as automated as possible with emails being sent out at every step in the process..

The Solution:

We wrote the application in Microsoft Visual Studio using ASP.Net1.1. All requests were entered via forms and then matched using a series of tests with the Coaches that were available. This was then presented to the administrator who could make a choice.

The system then sent out emails to all parties, and also tracked responses for follow up.
