The Client:

The Newburgh Teacher Center is a support agency that co-ordinates resources for an area in New York State, USA. They support around 1100 teachers.

The Requirement:

The client wished to create a registration system for the various courses that were run by the Center over the course of the year, replacing a labour intensive paper based system.

The Solution:

We built a site using both Macromedia Homesite and Dreamweaver MX 2004. The back end database is accessed using a Macromedia ColdFusion server.

The public part of the site consists of a simple listing displaying course information and a booking form.

The client has a full set of Administration pages for editing the text on the site, and in the emails generated, as well as all aspects of creating courses, and confirming bookings.

Automatic emails are generated from various steps in the process.

He knows his stuff and his prices are reasonable.  He has designed an interactive on-line registration site for the Newburgh Teacher Center that has an on-line data base which can be downloaded and converted to MS Access and then to MS Excel.
