The Client:
Eastern Hutt Rotary Club is based in Lower Hutt.
The Requirement:
They wished to have a site that would provide their members with access to club
information as well as a place where their weekly newletter (The Bulletin) could
be stored replacing the need to generate paper copies..
The Solution:
We wrote a password protected site in Macromedia Dreamweaver using ASP. The site
enables members to view the directory as well as the Bulletin. All elements of this
newsletter were stored in the database using onine forms.
An email system sent out a notification when a new issue was loaded to the site.
